Being a poet doesn't pay the bills. In fact, it adds to them. One of my favorite ways of paying for my pizza is by doing Web design. This site was designed by yours truly. Examples of my Web designs for others include:

• most recently, the Web site of economist Lina Walker;
• "mock" sites for use with Reader's Choice, 4th Edition (see "Websites for Use with the Book"), a University of Michigan Press ESL textbook;
• the full Web site, including the design and programming of the database from which the job listings are generated, of Pharmaceutical Research Network;
• and my husband's site, which didn't help with the bills, but was fun to design.
